Stage 2:

Stage 2 internal testing has now commenced in preparation for Practical Completion.

Upgrade works on Brown and McMullen Roads are progressing well, with footpath installation and final topsoiling currently underway.

Title Update:

• Stage 2 titles are now forecast to be issued in June 2022, as Covid-19 isolation requirements have impacted construction staff availability. This is only a minor delay from the original forecast of late May 2022.
