February 2022 Construction Update -

Stage 1
Stage 1 and upgrade works on McMullen Rd are waiting on formal Practical Completion with site works now complete.
Titles Update
- The Stage 1 Statement of Compliance (SOC) process is well underway, with SOC forecast to be received in the coming weeks.
- Stage 1 Titles are forecast to be issued in March 2022.
Stage 2:
- Stage 2 kerb and channels have been installed, with further road construction works now underway.Upgrade works on Brown and McMullen Roads are underway and progressing well.
Titles Update
Stage 2 titles are forecast to be issued in May 2022.
