High-level construction update:

• McMullen Rd remains closed for upgrade works, with bulk earthworks and sewer installation now completed. Drainage installation is now underway.
• Stage 1 internal sewer and drainage have been installed, with roads now boxed out and the water installation well underway.
• We expect the kerb and channel installation to occur over the coming month and electrical installation to begin shortly.
