November/December 2021 Construction Update - 2022-12-09

We have experienced extremely wet weather over the last month which hasn’t affected any works on-site and construction is still progressing well.

Stage 1

  • McMullen Rd remains closed for upgrade works.
  • Road boxing is nearing completion.

Titles Update

  • Stage 1 titles are forecast in Q1 2022.

Stage 2:

  • Stage 2 kerb and channels have been installed, with further road construction works now underway to continue into the new year.
  • Brown Road and McMullen Road works are progressing well with service installation still underway, including drainage, electrical, and NBN.

Titles Update

Stage 2 titles are forecast to be issued in May 2022.
