September 2021 Construction Update - 2021-11-10

Stage 1

  • McMullen Rd remains closed for upgrade works, with road boxing underway.
  • Stage 1 roads are now boxed out with curbs in and lots having been topsoiled in August.
  • Electrical and NBN have been installed with light poles now installed.

Titles Update

  • Stage 1 titles are forecast in Q1 2022.

Stage 2:

  • Stage 2 bulk earthworks are well underway on site.
  • Sewer installation works are nearing completion, with drainage works now underway.
