Stage 5 Titles forecast for Q1 2026.

November 2025:

• All construction works have been completed.
• PC expected December 2025

September 2025:

• McMullen road upgrade works complete and open to the public.
• Wearing course being laid on the roads.
• Footpath and concrete works complete.
• Line marking and topsoiling underway.

August 2025:

• Kerb works are complete.
• Footpaths and asphalt works are underway.

July 2025:

• Kerb and concrete works underway.
• McMullen Road upgrade works are continuing with the roundabout currently under construction.

June 2025:

• Drainage works are complete.
• Kerb works are underway.

May 2025:

• Sewer works are complete.
• Drainage works are ongoing.
• Works along McMullen Rd are ongoing.

April 2025:

• Sewer and drainage works have commenced and are ongoing.
• Road upgrade works along McMullen Rd have commenced.

March 2025:

• Bulk earthworks currently underway with sewer works planned to follow.
