May marks another step forward as the foundations of Stage 7 take shape, laying the groundwork for a neighbourhood designed for everyday ease and long‑term living.

 

Stage 7 Update

Construction at Stage 7 is now well underway, marking an exciting step forward for Officer Fields. Site establishment, clearing, topsoil stripping and bulk earthworks are complete, with drainage and sewer now progressing across the stage. This early groundwork is about shaping the land with care – creating the foundations for open streets, considered homes and a neighbourhood that will feel settled and natural from the moment life begins here.

Sewer, drainage, water and electrical works will be delivered progressively through winter and spring, quietly preparing the essentials that make everyday living easy and reliable.

Following this, road construction, kerbs and paving will bring the neighbourhood together, defining streetscapes designed for calm movement, connection and a sense of arrival. Each stage of construction brings Stage 7 closer to becoming a place where daily life feels balanced and unhurried—where there’s space to grow, room to breathe, and a community taking shape for the years ahead.
