The heart of community life beats in its central park, designed to be a vibrant gathering space that unites residents. An expansive reserve runs east to west across the neighbourhood, creating a continuous, green thread that invites residents to walk, run, cycle, or simply sit and enjoy the serenity of the open spaces.
Thinking sustainably
In addition to the preservation of many existing trees, large canopy trees are being planted throughout the neighbourhood to provide both cooling shade and natural beauty. Wherever possible, plants, trees, and materials have been sourced from local industries, helping to support the economic wellbeing of the wider community.
