Stage 3:

Sewer and drainage works have now commenced.

Title Update:

  • Stage 3 titles are forecast to be issued from March – May 2023

Stage 4:

Stage 3 bulk earthworks and dam remediation are currently underway.

Title Update:

  • Stage 4 titles are forecast to be issued from April – June 2023
