As works continue to progress here is a breakdown of current activity:

Stage 3:

• The Project Team are working with the relevant authorities to achieve  Statement of Compliance in August. We will continue to keep you updated and sincerely apologise for the delays in this process.
• Titles forecast: August – September 2023.

Waterway:

• The bridgeworks have now been completed.
• The final topsoiling and concrete pathing up to the bridge is underway.
• Landscape works to commence shortly.

Stage 4: 

• Concrete works to be completed imminently. With topsoil works to follow.
• Authority testing is underway.
• Titles forecast: September -October 2023.
