As works continue to progress here is a breakdown of current activity:

Stage 3:

• Practical Completion has been achieved.
• Titles forecast: July – August 2023.

Stage 4: 

• Due to continuous wet weather days on site, the ability to complete base course asphalt works was impacted. However the recent sunny weather has allowed for these works to go ahead and base course asphalt has now been completed.
• Concrete works underway.
• Titles forecast: August-October 2023.
