Due to wet weather Stage 3 construction efficiency has been affected, however as works continue to progress here is a breakdown of current activity:

Stage 3:

• Internal topsoil and concrete works are nearly complete.
• Pavement works along Brown Rd to commence shortly.
• Waterway topsoil works nearing completion & footpath works to commence shortly.
• Titles forecast: July – August 2023.

Stage 4:

• Kerb works complete.
• Asphalt works underway.
• Titles forecast: August-September 2023.

Stage 1 Reserve Park:

Formal Practical Completion from Council achieved. The park is now open for residents to enjoy.
