Due to wet weather construction within Stage 3 has been slightly impacted, however as works continue to progress here is a breakdown of current activity:

Stage 3:

• Internal topsoil and concrete works are underway.
• Asphalt works are to be completed shortly along Brown Road.
• Waterway rockwork complete. Topsoiling to commence shortly.
• Titles forecast: June – July 2023.

Stage 4:

• Kerb works underway.
• Titles forecast: August-September 2023.

Stage 1 Reserve Park:

Construction complete. Awaiting formal Practical Completion from Council
