Stage 3:

Drainage and watermain works are now complete.

Work on the road sub-base has now commenced, with kerb & channel work (more commonly known as gutters) to commence in the new year.

Title Update:

• Stage 3 titles are forecast to be issued from April – June 2023

Stage 4:

Sewer works have now commenced. These works will continue into January.

Title Update:

• Stage 4 titles are forecast to be issued from July – September 2023

Waterway & Stage 1 Reserve

Bulk earthworks for the waterway are nearly complete. Rockwork is continuing & the concrete weirs are being placed in position.

Civil works on the waterway are forecast to be completed in March. Upon the completion of the civil works, landscaping of the waterway will commence.

Shaping and earthworks of the Stage 1 Reserve are progressing.

Completion of the Stage 1 Reserve is scheduled for April-May 2023.
